The order process was super easy. I did have an issue with Not receiving my order after a month. So I contacted Customer Service and they informed that it had been returned to sender and they would get it shipped to me immediately. They were true to their word and with in a week or so I had my product. Thank you for your help and for the great customer service.

Good service. The website is easy to use and the specials are great. Shipping to New Zealand (NZ) is pretty straight forward with good packaging. Goods always arrive in order with no breakage. Once items arrive in NZ, NZ Customs will hold the order till Medsafe documentation arrives. etc.

I placed an order. The tracking system showed the order as delivered, but I did not receive the package. I reacted very harshly when I thought I had bee taken advantage. I was very rude.
It turns out someone had intercepted the package. It had been delivered as reported.
So then, I apologized for being a jerk - at the same time I told them I thought the product was week.
They responded that they had been in the midst of a heat wave which may have damaged or weakened the product - they recommended a particular brand they thought I might like and then promised to replace my first order when I next ordered
I just placed an order, so we will see. However, I gave them every reason to dismiss me - instead, they were polite, patient and generous - how strange!

Each time that I order my delivery comes rather fast. It is good that the strength of the product is mentioned so that you have no surprises. Last year, 2020, probably due to covid and less orders some products had lack of freshness. This year all products delivered to me are fresh. The easy ordering system , the reasonable prices, offers and prompt shipping makes me until today a happy customer.

Easy ordering and you get your order delivered usually within the week. It'll be slightly longer if a bank holiday intervenes though.
The only thing I've found is the caps on the bottles can crack, so I transfer the contents to a better bottle.

Hi, I ordered 4 bottles of amyl double black and to my great surprise this was not pure *** is was an isoamyl mixture so I was a little disappointed. Not as good as I expected. Neither did I receive my free bottle of surprise poppers that I was expecting.

Shipping to the UK is expensive but very fast. Two days on my last two orders which is great. I would only say that posting out on the day of purchase not just loading onto the tracking system actually get it on its way on the same day if you are going to charge so much for postage. But otherwise great. Fastest company to deliver I’ve used.

The message box needs to be checked more frequently, during orders, especially before a item is dispatched, in case there something important in regards to the order, or change in circumstances as to where it may be dilivered.

Even if I live in London, the UK, where I could probably find any poppers brand one could think about, these guys in France are something else. They are not just an online shop, but they are a complete shopping experience. It's like you would get poppers from a friend.
It's obvious that they are customer-centric, and their interactions with the clients are consistent and honest.
I have been one of their loyal customers for three years already, and there is nothing I would change to them.
