DO NOT BUY! Simply awful product, doesn’t work. It is made of hard plastic so cannot move the two nostril pieces which wouldn’t be an issue if everyone had the same nose! Also it has holes in the cap area and nasal area which means it loses too much of the product and is ineffective, biggest waste of money ever
